Brazilian Mastology loses one of their most brilliant proffessionals

July 1st 2009. Early in the morning Prof. José Aristodemo Pinotti passes away- We are shocked by the news, very sad news. For us, friends and disciples this is an early departure, a painful loss. For Brazilian Mastology an irreparable loss. For Obstetrics & Ginaecology too.
Professor Pinotty was undoubtedly one of the most brilliant mastologysts of our time. Not only in Brazil, but worlwide renown. He contributed with countless scientific, works and a significant number of Mastology books. He also developed new surgical techniques and pioneered testing and establishing new advances. Full Professor in two of the most most prestigious brazilian universities, a position that very few have achieved in the medical hitory of Brazil. Surgeon of great skill and ability, that many privileged mastologysts enjoyed while learning from him. Speaker with refined oratory, full of scientific content, he used to delight audiences everywhere. Clever politcian and charismatic, he made an enormous contribution to his country, particularly fo Sao Palo state in the fields of health and education.
Our beloved Porf. Pinotti is gone, but his fetas remain. Mas God enlighten his family and help them to endure the pain for his loss. And may He guide us, Brazilian mastologysts, to continue the legacy he left.
