Dr Leonardo Dias is an experienced and driven Breast Surgeon that believes in multidisciplinary assistance as the key to successful medical care. After specialising in oncological breast surgery in São Paulo, he moved to Europe, where he dedicated six years to learning and performing breast reconstruction in five different Breast Cancer Centres in Italy, France, Portugal, Spain and Belgium. In 2019, he concluded a Master’s Degree in breast reconstruction with an emphasis on microsurgery breast reconstruction techniques. Dr Leonardo Dias is a full member of the Brazilian Society of Breast Diseases and recently became Associate Professor of Senology at Women’s Hospital in Salvador – Brazil. He is also an active leader in national and international breast cancer care initiatives, participating in societies and researches. Also, Dr Dias is currently the general manager of the breast centres network.
