Hosted a highly successful SIS-CACA summit in Kunming, China, from November 6 to 9, 2025. We thank Professor Hao and Professor Fan for hosting SIS, and we are very grateful to CACA.

SIS delegation was driven by Pfr Vahit Ozmen from Turkeyi,President of SIS with 3 SIS past presidents from Israel , Brazil and Germany and other members from Azerbaijan and other countries  who shared interesting talks with the Congress attendees.

Pfr Vahit Ozmen President of SIS was invited by the Congress Team to open the Congress with conceptual remarks and objectives.

Then Pfr Hao from CACA and Pfr Ozmen from SIS were closing this so successfull congress.
